			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The cardio workout is focused on increasing the heart rate which actually is how the body responds to lack of oxygen. It doesn&#8217;t make sense, does it? For me the cardio workout is an unmonitored stress test. Breathing exercises are a more effective and healthier approach to the aerobic workout.</p>
